Roles in Vehicle Glass
As an Automotive Technician, you’ll become proficient in all aspects of Automotive Glazing and be able to repair and replace glass on a variety of vehicles.
You’ll be equipped with the most up-to-date tools, knowledge and skills – from windscreen repair techniques to specialised lifting devices
You’ll start your career by learning all the technical, health and safety aspects of the job as part of your induction training, as well as how to provide your customers with the highest level of service.
From there, you'll enrol in the O’Brien® Technical Training Program, which leads to a Certificate III in Automotive Glazing Technology.
With support from your trainers and colleagues, you’ll find yourself fully qualified with the skills to cover all aspects of Automotive Glazing Technology – and you’ll get an industry-recognised qualification, all while you work.
A Branch Manager is responsible for maximising the profitability of your branch through the development and management of your people and resources, as well as the delivery of exceptional standards of safety, customer service and workmanship. You’ll take great pride in making key decisions, working to budget, and meeting Key Performance Indicators to achieve great results and make a difference to your team and customers.
In Customer Service, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers on arrival at a branch – ensuring they receive the best experience possible to truly meet their needs.
With great communication skills, a keen eye for detail and a natural ability to problem solve and multi-task, you’ll work with and assist multiple stakeholders every day to ensure our service is both efficient and seamless.
