Full time opportunity Newly created position to support business
growth Key role supporting our DC operations The Role Reporting to
the DC Optimisation Manager, the Operations Manager will support
with the daily operations of our Padstow DC, including people and
safety leadership. Key responsibilities include: Improve
operational efficiency, continuous improvement initiatives, cost
reduction exercises while maintaining high-quality standards
Maintain and improve upon performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor
operational performance, analyse trends, and identify areas for
improvement Supporting best practices for inventory control,
including accurate tracking, replenishment strategies, cycle
counting, and minimising stockouts to ensure optimal inventory
levels and customer satisfaction Ensure compliance with all safety
regulations, policies, and procedures to maintain a safe working
