The Role The Network Area Manager is responsible leading a dedicated team of Service Centre Managers to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of services to OBrien Customers. This position has overall responsibility for maximizing the profitability and growth across VIC/TAS AutoGlass Service Centres. The Network Area Manager is designed to be visible and present throughout their network, to provide leadership, guidance, and development. In conjunction we are needing someone with: 5+ years relevant leadership experience in a multifaceted retail, consumer goods/services environment (experience within the Automotive industry highly desirable but not essential) High level of commercial acumen and P&L management abilities Demonstrated ability to lead and drive front line change and continuous improvement Highly developed stakeholder engagement, influencing, and presenting skills Strong IT skills in particular MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Grow your career with OBrien!
