The Role Reporting to the Head of Group Marketing the Senior
Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing
strategic marketing initiatives across the full marketing mix that
drive awareness, engagement, and acquisition in both our B2B and
B2C segments for OBrien services and products. This key role will
focus on crafting and executing marketing strategies across various
channels, including social media, local area marketing, content
creation, and market industry research. The ideal candidate will be
a versatile marketer with a proven track record in both B2B and B2C
environments. Key duties and responsibilities include: Strategy
Development: Help manage and implement the development and
execution of a comprehensive B2B & B2C marketing strategy aligned
with business objectives Content Marketing: Lead content creation
efforts, including blog posts, case studies, email campaigns, and
website content Social media: Manage OBriens social media presence
across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.),
ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement Sales
Enablement: Work closely with the sales team to create compelling
sales collateral, presentations, and content that support lead
generation, retention, and upsell opportunities Local area
marketing: Design and implement localised marketing initiatives to
drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention within
specific geographic regions Market & Industry Insights: Manage
market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and
competitive positioning and activity and new market opportunities
Budget Management: management of marketing budgets, ensuring
resources are allocated effectively Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute
marketing strategies that drive business outcomes Analytics &
Reporting: Measure, analyse, and report on the performance of
marketing campaigns, adjusting tactics to ensure continuous
improvement and alignment with KPIs. Event Management: Plan and
execute B2B events, trade shows, webinars, and networking
opportunities to build relationships and drive lead generation The

needing some with: Proven Experience: Minimum of 10 years of
experience in marketing, demonstrating experience across the full
marketing mix. Marketing Leadership: Demonstrated ability to
deliver marketing strategy and execution with a strong focus on
results, ROI, and data-driven decision making. Digital Marketing
Skills: Expertise in digital marketing platforms (LinkedIn, Meta,
Google Ads, Email Automation), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce,
HubSpot), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau).
Communication & Storytelling: Excellent written and verbal
communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages
and presentations tailored to different audiences. Collaboration:
Strong team player with excellent project management skills and the
ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments.
