Daily Scheduler

Based in Green Fields, in this integral role, you will be a key point of contact for both customers and glaziers. You will be responsible for maximising the conversion of opportunities while planning daily jobs. About the role: Planning, scheduling, and quoting of daily jobs. Maintain accurate records of schedules. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Communicate effectively with customers, contractors, councils, and the sales team. Ensure customers are kept informed of schedule changes. About you: Minimum of 3 years glass/trades scheduling experience preferred. Ability to liaise and coordinate with customers and trades professionals. Professional and clear communication skills. Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and projects. Ability to adapt to changing work priorities Simpro or scheduling system experience preferred Benefits: Work Monday to Friday 7.30am and 3.30pm. System training provided.
