lunchroom on site About the Role: Be the first point of contact for
customer service enquiries on Glass repair or replacement Provide a
great customer experience offering the customer all features and
benefits of booking with OBrien Auto Glass Contact our customers to
finalise initial quote, inquiry and liaise with branches and
external service providers Achieve and maintain set sales KPIs
Adhere to call centre metric KPIs Essential skills & competencies:
No previous contact centre experience required we will take you
through our exceptional training program We would love to hear from
you if you have previous experience in Sales, Retail or Customer
Service A strong focus on sales and exceeding targets Have a true
passion for delivering customer service excellence An ability to
work with defined KPIs Possess a confident, engaging approach
Strong influencing and negotiation skills Resilience and the
ability to work in a complex and changing environment Top
