opportunity. The Role We are currently seeking an energetic and
experienced Commercial Analyst to join a dedicated and experience
FP&A team. Working closely with the executive and senior
leadership team, this role is designed to produce valuable insights
and financial information to support decision making. This
includes: Partnering with the property service and sales senior
leadership teams to support with periodic forecast & budget, ad hoc
analysis, and business cases End of Month financial reviews and
present the key variance and insights Preparation monthly
management pack and present to wider leadership team Measure,
analyse and share insight on current market trends Work closely
with the operation & sales team to identify profit enhancing
initiatives and support with various growth initiatives The Perks

needing some with: Degree Qualification in Business, Commerce or
Similar CA/CPA Qualification Highly advanced Excel & Best Practice
on financial modelling skill Excellent communication, storytelling
and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and highly
meticulous in producing quality work Able to work under pressure
and managed multiple deadlines Experience using TM1 / Planning &
Analytics & Power BI At least 3 years financial planning and
analysis experience, and confidently partner with Executive
Director level stakeholders Previous experience in Franchise
