the Head of Network Growth, the Franchise Development Manager is
responsible for sourcing and securing new franchisee opportunities
within our Electrical and Plumbing Network. Having the primary
focus on New Franchise Member Growth, this role will identify new
opportunities and create meaningful relationships with existing
business. Key responsibilities include: Identifying and
implementing prospect acquisition strategies for lead generation
Creating and implement structured plans to achieve set targets
Undertake cold calling & prospect meetings, ensuring that contact
targets are regularly met Successfully manage the acquisition
process: lead generation, solution pitch, relationship expansion,

Demonstrated experience in a sales/account manager or BDM position,
with a focus on new business growth Proven success identifying and
implementing prospect acquisition strategies for lead generation
Highly developed relationship building and engagement abilities
Resilience, focus and ability to self-motivate and prioritise
