We are the market leader and a household name in the glass industry and now have an excellent opportunity for a Small Projects Coordinator to join our new Electrical & Plumbing division in North Sydney.

As the Small Projects Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the volume of jobs that we receive for our Electrical and Plumbing division
  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures
  • Providing first class service to all customers and contractors
  • Providing administrative support as needed
  • Tracking and communicating project risks and opportunities

To be considered, you will have:

  • Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Exceptional rapport building and stakeholder management skills with demonstrated ability to build new and strengthen existing relationships
  • Must have strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team
