Key Points Support transformational business growth Flexible working options including Hybrid working arrangements Fantastic opportunities for career growth and personal development The Role Working within an experienced PMO and supporting a growing operations team, the Senior Business Analyst will lead the gathering of requirements and contribute to the determination of appropriate test cases to help achieving organisational outcomes. This role will play a critical role within our Digital Transformation program, working closely with the Programme Manager and key stakeholders as well as acting as the conduit between business and technology. Key duties and responsibilities include: Gather, validate and report on key requirements Plan and facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops and information sessions Work closely with technical teams, solution architects, and business subject matter experts to deliver various solutions with strong focus on our customer journey Document and manage business requirements (e.g. user stories) and related acceptance test criteria capturing functional and non-functional requirements Participation in the identification, documentation, resolution and escalation of delivery issues, dependencies, risks and decisions. In conjunction we are needing someone with: 5+ years working BA experience, ideally within a consumer goods, retail, supply chain or similar environment Highly advanced communication skills (Written and Verbal) Relevant tertiary qualifications (computer science, IIBA, etc.) A strong approach to project management keeping high focus and pace on delivery of milestones Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence or AML are highly advantageous Build a career with OBrien!
