Scheduler or Trades Coordinator

Our Branch is based in Green Fields. In this integral role, you will be a key point of contact for both customers and glaziers. You will be responsible for maximising the conversion of opportunities while planning daily jobs. About the role: Planning, scheduling, and quoting of daily jobs. Maintain accurate records of schedules. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Communicate effectively with customers, contractors, councils, and the sales team. Ensure customers are kept informed of schedule changes. About you: Minimum of 3 years glass/trades scheduling experience preferred. Ability to liaise and coordinate with customers and trades professionals. Professional and clear communication skills. Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and projects.
