Are you confident at speaking with customers over the phone? Are you able to cross sell and upsell products? We are looking for great sales people to work in our inbound sales centre taking calls from our customers. About The Role The position responsibilities include: Providing a great customer experience to our customers. Supporting customers throughout the full lifecycle of their enquiries. Exploring customer needs to ensure we are offering our full scope of services. Communicating and articulating the features and benefits of booking with OBrien AutoGlass. Rostering between 8am-10pm Monday-Sunday supporting flexibility and work/life balance.
