Key Points Newly created role to support business growth Be a part our Senior Leadership Team Fantastic opportunity for care growth and development The Role The Head of Commercial Vehicle Operations will have full ownership of the Bus and Truck, Rental, and other future B2B segments. This role will provide effective leadership and drive performance and growth within our B2B AutoGlass operations. Through exceptional leadership, with a laser focused lens of continuous improvement, and customer experience excellence and service delivery standards, this role will increase business and people growth whilst continually Making a Difference with Real Care to our customers and employees. Key duties and responsibilities include: Maintain effective and beneficial relationships with the commercial vehicle and rental customers Use innovation and best practice solutions to increase B2B market share Coaching and developing Bus and Truck leaders to maximise operational effectiveness Oversee our B2B customer satisfaction and implement strategies for continuous improvement Through effective management, support the generation of new business from current and future B2B customers Seek out new opportunities for growth within the B2B and Rental segments Intra and interstate travel as required The Perks OBrien is committed to giving you fantastic benefits, a platform for development and working with you to grow your career. In conjunction we are needing someone with: 10+ years experience in a senior leadership role Demonstrated leadership and coaching experience with a proven track record of cross-functional leadership and driving commercial outcomes Demonstrated high level of business acumen Driven continuous improvement in service delivery standards Highly developed stakeholder engagement, influencing, and presenting skills Strong IT skills, in particular MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Build a career with OBrien!
