Reporting to the WA Metropolitan Operations Manager, our Field
Services Manager is a key member of the Leadership Team,
responsible for performance across OBriens 4 Key Results Areas of
Customers; People; Society; and Financials. About the Role: Leading
a team of Glaziers (employed or sub-contractor) to provide an
outstanding Customer Experience Deliver professional and technical
solutions to glazing opportunities Ensure that your team work
safely and have the support they need Encourage and develop your
team to maximise their potential Work in close collaboration with
the Planning & Scheduling function to This role is integral part of
the team which helps plan and execute those Projects. About you:
Proven experience in managing a team of trades staff Certificate
III in Glazing or equivalent industry experience preferred An
understanding of WHS and compliance requirements A strong eye for
detail and great time management skills A passion for delivering
outstanding customer service and building business relationships A
friendly, approachable, and supportive communication style
