The Role We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Group Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager will lead O'Brien's end-to-end digital strategy and execution across web UX/UI, paid and organic search, GBP, and web infrastructure across our three divisions (AutoGlass, Glazing, and Electrical & Plumbing). This is a pivotal role for the OBrien customer proposition, across B2C, insurance and B2B. Key duties and responsibilities include: SEO, including on and off page strategies Managing paid search and paid display Promoting our national service footprint via Google Business Profiles Management and delivery of our website strategy for our core online platforms Supporting advertising campaigns and ensuring alignment of web messaging Managing external partners to ensure our strategy is effectively executed. CRM Management and journey mapping (Salesforce and/or Marketo) Measurement and optimisation of digital channels, including GA4 Liaising with internal stakeholders across Customer Service, IT and Brand Marketing The Perks OBrien is committed to giving you fantastic benefits, a platform for development and working with you to grow your career. In conjunction we are needing some with: A minimum of 5 years hands of digital marketing experience in a customer service focussed environment Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing online, social media and e-commerce marketing strategies Proven experience in WordPress or an equivalent content management system Advanced knowledge of the Google suite (Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Business Profile) Outstanding Project management skills and the ability to work under pressure, multi-task and meet tight deadlines Experience leading agile, high performing teams both internal and external via an agency village Realise your potential and build a career with OBrien!
