Our Customer Service and Administration Team is the first point of
contact to our AutoGlass customers. Our AutoGlass Service Centre
are looking for an experienced Customer Service Expert with
Administraion experience to start ASAP and be able to hit the
ground running! This is a brand new Service Centre Location - Our
team will be relocating from Muswellbrook to Singleton in October
2024. Days: Monday - Friday 9.30am - 3.00pm Must be flexible with
hours as they may be subject to change. Hours: 25 hours per week
$31.50ph + Super About the Role: Face to Face customer service
Greeting customers and visitors at reception with a positive,
helpful attitude. Ensuring our customers have the best experience
within the Branch Answering customer inquiries via telephone,
email, and in-person. Provide support to the manager and the
running of daily operations Effectively keeping customers updated
on delivery lead times Undertake repair inspections on vehicles
Explore customer needs and educate on our full scope of services
Issue invoices and raise job authorities as required Scheduling
repair bookings Source suitable resolutions to customer concerns
and follow up customer queries About You: Professional
communication and presentation skills Excellent and clear verbal
and written communication skills MUST have a current drivers
licence! Ability to resolve issues and create solutions for
customers Support the Branch manager with administrative tasks
Ability to work in fast paced workplace Excellent time management
and prioritisation skills Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office
