The role will report to the Workforce Planning and Analytics Manager and will support delivery a variety of BAU, key project and technology initiatives. Key duties and responsibilities include: Supporting planning, change management, and performance improvement initiatives Be a subject matter expert relating to technology platforms, telecommunications, data management and resource planning Actively deliver scoping, business analysis, UAT and implementation for Centre optimisation and WFP projects Oversee and manage data collection, analysis and modelling of performance statistics to inform business case development and drive operational efficiencies Manage and maintain IVR platform, marketing messages in liaison with the Marketing Team and Voice Talent vendor The Perks OBrien is committed to giving you fantastic benefits, a platform for development and working with you to grow your career.
