Our Administration Assistant is the first point of contact to our
AutoGlass customers within our branches. In this role you will
support the Branch Manager and be responsible for a variety of
administrative and customer service tasks across the branch . About
the Role Effectively keeping customers updated on delivery lead
times Undertake repair inspections on vehicles and upsell / cross
sell products Issue invoices and raise job authorities as required
Source suitable resolutions to customer concerns and follow up
customer queries Work between 8.00am and 5.00pm (Flexible start
time) About You: Professional communication and presentation skills
Ability to resolve issues and create solutions for customers
Support the Branch manager with administrative tasks Ability to
work in fast paced workplace Excellent time management and
prioritisation skills Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office
